Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist at Magic Windows in Ahmedabad. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for tasks such as hiring, interviewing, communication, and recruiting to ensure the company attracts and retains top talent.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRA):
- 1. Talent Acquisition:
- o Identify and source qualified candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and agencies.
- o Manage and post job advertisements to attract top talent.
- o Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for current and future requirements.
- 2. Screening and Selection:
- o Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' suitability for the role.
- o Coordinate and schedule interviews with higher authority.
- o Assist in shortlisting candidates based on job requirements.
- 3. Onboarding Support:
- o Handle the documentation process for newly hired employees.
- o Ensure a smooth onboarding experience by coordinating with relevant departments.
- 4. Reporting and Coordination:
- o Maintain records of hiring activities and provide regular updates to management.
- o Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and processes.
