Job Title: Senior Performance Marketing Specialist
Location: Jaipur/ On Site

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to lead our digital acquisition strategies across multiple channels. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and deep analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Plan and implement strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and remarketing.
  • Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to optimize campaign performance.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign data to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams for ad copy, creatives, and landing page optimization.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient spending to maximize ROI.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and platform algorithm changes.
  • Mentor and guide junior marketing team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 4–6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in a senior role.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable results in lead generation and sales growth.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Certifications in Google Ads / Meta Blueprint are an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
