Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing, with a proven ability to drive engagement, leads, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
  • Monitor website traffic, analyze performance metrics, and create reports to measure ROI and campaign effectiveness.
  • Create engaging content for blogs, social media, email newsletters, and websites.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including design, sales, and content, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Assist in managing marketing budgets and optimizing spending for maximum efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, social media platforms, and email marketing software.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and creative skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
  • Knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
