Sr. Pacs Analyst

About Position: Assist in the day-to-day support and maintenance of PACS systems across healthcare facilities. Perform initial troubleshooting of DICOM and imaging workflow issues, escalating complex problems as needed. Role: Sr. PACS Analyst -Change PACS Location: All Persistent Locations Experience: 5 to 10 Years Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: Support routine upgrades and patches for radiology and cardiology PACS systems under supervision. Collaborate with senior analysts and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of imaging modalities. Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and contribute to team knowledge bases. Provide basic support during PACS implementations and system enhancements. Communicate with clinical teams and vendors to address imaging-related issues Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in PACS administration, support, or a related IT/healthcare role. Basic understanding of DICOM standards and imaging workflows. Familiarity with one or more PACS systems (e.G., Merge PACS, Change Healthcare PACS, or similar platforms). Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Associate or Bachelor?s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience). Exposure to radiology and/or cardiology imaging systems preferred.
