Our client is a leading bank in Vietnam who is looking for a talent to join their firm: 


1. Planning

  • Work with the Regional Director to assess the business potential of the Center and set annual targets/budgets for the center;
  • Negotiate and agree on the center's targets/budgets with the Regional Director;
  • Develop the center's operational plan and review and finalize this plan with the Regional Director.

2. Monitor the center's planning and budgeting process

  • Coordinate with BMO to allocate targets/KPIs to employees;
  • Review and control operating expenses within the budget;
  • Appoint staff to specific positions that match their expertise;
  • Recruit personnel within the budget limits to drive business growth.

3. Manage operational efficiency

  • Be responsible for the center's sales activities, including driving revenue, pre-tax profits, and overall cost efficiency in delivering services to customers;
  • Be accountable for the quality of credit proposals and the quality of the loan portfolio (NPL);
  • Be responsible for improving operational indicators, including driving outstanding loans and deposits, increasing the number of new customers, the number of products per customer, and improving customer satisfaction levels.

4. Ensure quality and efficiency in service and sales delivery

  • Manage daily sales and service delivery activities;
  • Ensure quality and efficiency in processing credit applications (forwarding applications to assessment units, handling post-approval processes). Ensure the shortest possible credit processing time for customers;
  • Plan and implement programs to attract new MSME customers for the center;
  • Approve financial expenses within the scope of authority.

5. Communication and Brand Promotion

  • Implement Marketing programs and products as guided by the Head Office; Plan and execute specific programs for the center if necessary;
  • Manage community relations and proactively develop potential customer leads locally;
  • Ensure compliance with client's regulations and guidelines;
  • Train sales staff, including proactive use of CRM, product portfolio, and sales funnel management to improve sales efficiency and productivity.

6. People Management

  • Monitor and manage actual business performance against the budget and targets for the entire Center;
  • Conduct business management cycles and work with department heads to evaluate employee performance.

7. Leadership and Employee Guidance

  • Directly coach, train, and provide career guidance to Center employees;
  • Create a professional and friendly working environment.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Finance/Banking.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the finance and banking sector, with 4 to 6 years in managerial positions serving the SME customer segment.
  • Advanced knowledge of products and services, market dynamics, industry characteristics, and the needs of micro-segment corporate customers within the finance and banking sector.
  • Updated understanding of best practices, procedures, legal regulations, risk management policies, and operational processes related to banking business.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills, business acumen, and the ability to identify sales opportunities.
  • Proficient in gathering information and analyzing the market and potential customers.
  • Advanced planning and execution management skills.
  • Advanced communication skills, including the ability to influence, present, and guide effectively.
