Job Purpose

The purpose of the role is to manage and implement strategic marketing initiatives to build and enhance our brand's identity, awareness and market presence in line with Muthoot Fincorp & Muthoot Pappachan Group's strategic objectives. The role incumbent will work cross-functionally to ensure the consistency and effectiveness of Muthoot's brand message across all platforms, in collaboration with key stakeholders.

Key Job Responsibilities

Responsible for developing and driving a brand strategy across touch points.Drive BTL Marketing Campaigns for creating product visibility and brand consistency.Responsible for lead generation across products through various Marketing campaigns.Manage the Referral / Partner Program to drive business and engagement.Manage the marketing agencies for creating marketing collaterals and deployment at the branch network.Brand positioning, work on identifying the product differentiation and product positioning in the market and develop strategies by collaborating with the Sales team.Work on Brand related communication content and videos to drive product awareness & brand affinity.

Knowledge, Skills & Attributes

Proven ability to Work under Pressure with regard to TAT, good knowledge/ experience of brand guidelines and their application across various platform.Awareness of how digital strategies can drive brand awareness and conversion.Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campions, timelines and stakeholders simultaneously.Innovative thinking and creativity to develop unique marketing campions, branding ideas and content that resonate with customers.At least 8 years' experience in Brand Marketing.

Role Requirements

Graduate or UG/PG or MBA in Marketing.Prior experience with Brand Marketing experience.Flexible to travel around and fluent in English and vernacular languages.
