Job Title:AssociateNetwork Ops Control SpecialistExperience:1-3 YearsNoticePeriod: Immediate to 15 daysLocation: PuneJD:Responsibilities·Helix Cloud Service Monitoring usingSoftware Tooling via Alerting systems·Primary point of contact for impactsituations and escalation for wider team engagement.·Ensure communications are takingplace on regular intervals to customer/internal/external stakeholders.·Provide Tier 1 level troubleshootingand isolation of application events.·Ability to quickly assess thebusiness and technical situation and enabled to make decisions·Adept at both English verbal andwritten communication·Ensure accuracy for all scheduledreports within Operations and proactively.·Initiate corrective actions byopening tickets in the queue of the appropriate teams.·Team player which includes mentoringand knowledge sharing across the team.·Proactively identify opportunitiesfor improvement and offer/create viable recommendations/options.SkillsRequired·BS/BE degree in CS/EE or equivalentexperience·Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills·Minimum of 1-3 years' experience ina cloud-based or IT industry equivalent.·Emphasis primarily Kubernetes-K8,Rancher, Linux, Database MSSQL and Postgres.·Troubleshooting skills with considerabledepth and experience·Experience working at a Help Desk,Technical Call Center, NOC or equivalent environment.·Knowledge and understanding of Productsis an added advantage·Directory Service/LDAP, specificallyActive Directory/SAML but not essential·Networking experience desired:working knowledge of TCP/IP, SNMP, firewall, proxy, etc.·Knowledge and understanding of Productsis an added advantage·ITIL (Information TechnologyInfrastructure Library) foundation certification is a plus.
