Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Mumbai

Salary: Up to ₹60,000 per month

About the Role: We are hiring an Operations Manager to lead and oversee a government survey project focused on slum areas in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing teams, coordinating field operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and driving project efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

● Lead, supervise, and manage teams involved in the survey project.

● Monitor daily activities, ensure smooth execution of tasks, and resolve operational challenges.

● Prepare, review, and submit accurate project reports on time.

● Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure compliance with project guidelines.

● Maintain effective communication and ensure project milestones are achieved.

Requirements:

● Proven experience in operations/project management, preferably in government or social survey projects.

● Strong leadership and team management skills.

● Fluency in Marathi is mandatory.

● Excellent organizational and reporting skills.

● Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

● Based in Mumbai.

Compensation:

● Salary up to ₹60,000 per month (based on experience and suitability).
