Job Purpose:
This role will be responsible for leading strategic HR initiatives, driving organizational effectiveness, and enhancing employee satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to deliver HR projects within budget and scope.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
Organizational Design (OD):
Collaborate with senior leadership to assess and optimize organizational structure, roles, and processes.
Work on OD initiatives, including restructuring efforts and workforce planning, to support business growth and agility.
Employee Engagement and Recognition:
Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and recognition programs.
Foster a culture of appreciation, reward excellence, and promote employee morale and retention.
Employee Experience:
Design and implement initiatives to provide superior experience for candidate, employees and alumni.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the employee experience, including but not limited to: onboarding processes, career development programs, employee recognition initiatives, and diversity and inclusion efforts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, and other departments, to identify opportunities for improvement and develop innovative solutions.
Conduct research and stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends related to employee experience, and incorporate relevant insights into project planning and execution.

Job Requirements:
MBA preferably from B-School
Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in human resources, with expertise in project management, organizational design, employee engagement, and recognition.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive project plans.
Knowledge of organizational design principles and strategies for enhancing organizational effectiveness.
Experience designing and implementing employee engagement and recognition programs.
Familiarity with fostering a Great Place to Work culture, emphasizing inclusivity and work-life balance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software/tools and quick adoption of technology.
Certification in Project Management (e.g. PMP) and /or HR-related certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP) preferred
