Company Description Punctuations is a fast-growing AI-focused technology company that specializes in chatbot development, AI vision, and content generation using large language models (LLMs).Our mission is to empower clients through intelligent automation and data-driven solutions.We are a team of engineers and innovators who thrive on solving complex problems and delivering measurable impact.Role DescriptionWe’re looking for a Tech Lead who can drive end-to-end product development — from architecture and design to deployment and optimization.You’ll lead a small, agile team building next-generation AI platforms using React, Python, and Fast API , and integrate with cutting-edge LLM, computer vision, and automation systems .You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping technical direction, reviewing code, enforcing quality standards, and mentoring developers — while staying hands-on with the codebase.Location : Vasai (Mumbai)Mode : Full-time (Work from Office)Experience Required: 5+ yearsKey ResponsibilitiesLead full-stack engineering efforts across multiple AI products (chatbots, vision systems, content generation platforms).Architect scalable systems using Python (Fast API/Flask) and Java Script (React/Node.js).Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate LLMs, APIs, and ML models into production systems.Drive Dev Ops practices – containerization, CI/CD, and cloud deployments on AWS/Azure .Mentor and guide junior developers , conducting code reviews and ensuring best practices.Work cross-functionally with product managers and designers to translate business goals into technical deliverables.Maintain code quality and system performance , ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.Contribute to the technical roadmap , identifying opportunities for optimization or innovation.Required Skills & Experience5+ years of experience in software development with strong hands-on coding background.Expertise in Java Script/Type Script , React.js , and Node.js .Strong backend experience with Python (Fast API or Flask) .Proven experience in building REST APIs, microservices, and scalable architectures .Solid understanding of database systems (Postgre SQL, Mongo DB, or similar).Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines , and modern development workflows.Strong understanding of system design and performance optimization .Good to HaveFamiliarity with Java , Docker , and Kubernetes .Cloud experience with AWS or Azure .Exposure to Dev Ops pipelines , infrastructure-as-code , and monitoring tools .Experience working with AI/ML pipelines, Lang Chain, or vector databases (nice bonus).Experience leading teams or mentoring developers.What We OfferOpportunity to work on cutting-edge AI products used by enterprises globally.A flat, fast-moving environment that rewards ownership and innovation.Exposure to LLMs, vision systems, and applied AI use cases in real-world settings.Competitive salary, flexible work arrangements, and growth opportunities.If you're a motivated individual who is passionate about managing high-quality software and wants to work in a collaborative and innovative environment, we would love to hear from you.If you prefer to email your CV, please send it to .
