Job Description :


We are seeking a database engineer with 5+ years of experience, who can design, develop, and maintain database systems using Oracle, PL/SQL, PostgreSQL, and AWS RDS. The ideal candidate should have expertise in writing stored procedures, triggers, advanced queries, and query optimization techniques.


The candidate should also have experience in migrating data from Oracle to PostgreSQL, and from on-premises to AWS RDS using AWS DMS, schema analyzer, and other AWS services. The candidate should also have experience in working with MSSQL and AWS RDS PostgreSQL, and writing queries and stored procedures using :


- Design, develop, and maintain database systems using Oracle, PL/SQL, PostgreSQL, and AWS RDS.


- Write stored procedures, triggers, advanced queries, and query optimization techniques using PL/SQL and PostgreSQL.


- Migrate data from Oracle to PostgreSQL using various tools and methods.


- Migrate data from on-premises to AWS RDS using AWS DMS, schema analyzer, and other AWS services.


- Work with MSSQL and AWS RDS PostgreSQL, and write queries and stored procedures using T-SQL.


- Perform database backup, recovery, tuning, and security tasks.


- Collaborate with other developers, testers, and stakeholders on database-related issues and requirements.


- Document database design, development, and maintenance processes and procedures.


- Research and evaluate new database technologies and trends.


Requirements :


- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.


- 5+ years of experience as a database engineer or developer.


- Strong knowledge and experience in Oracle, PL/SQL, PostgreSQL, and AWS RDS.


- Experience in writing stored procedures, triggers, advanced queries, and query optimization

techniques using PL/SQL and PostgreSQL.


- Experience in migrating data from Oracle to PostgreSQL using various tools and methods.


- Experience in migrating data from on-premises to AWS RDS using AWS DMS, schema analyzer, and other AWS services.


- Experience in working with MSSQL and AWS RDS PostgreSQL, and writing queries and stored procedures using T-SQL.


- Experience in database backup, recovery, tuning, and security tasks.


- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.


- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
