Position Summary


NCR is evolving into a services-led organization, and our Retail team is committed to helping clients achieve their business goals through Custom Development approach.


The ideal candidate for this role will be detail-oriented and able to manage deadlines effectively, while also providing timely status updates and escalating issues as needed. They will have the ability to make sound judgments and solve problems based on their experience and expertise.


As a Software Engineer on our team, you will be responsible for transforming client requirements into software designs and implementing them to meet their needs. You will work specifically in the supply chain segment of the market, serving clients with a wide variety of businesses.


This role is critical to ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software products and solutions that meet our clients' needs. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing SW Support duty (7x24) as part of the entire PS Triceps team.
  • Experience and skills in configuring and developing with NCR Triceps.
  • End-to-End Implementation of Triceps WMS.


Key Skills (Must-Have):


  • Development Cobol knowledge and experience

C knowledge and experience (less than 5% of the dev effort is in C)

  • Highly proficient In Pl/SQL coding
  • 7-13 years proven Business knowledge of Warehousing Logistics (ERP).
  • Exposure to full life cycle to warehouse management system from solution design, configuration testing and training
  • Understand Business requirements and plan long tern busyness strategy, planning and road maps.
  • provide consultancy or advisory throughout the Implementation of the Triceps WMS or any other WMS Product
  • Good English language skills.



Nice to have skills.


  • Possesses technical knowledge based on experience and highly skilled in (COBOL, CICS, DB2, and VSAM).
  • Experience in software development in mainframe languages (COBOL, CICS, DB2, and VSAM).
  • Excellent knowledge of FIS (Systematics) software and functional knowledge of distributed application design and architecture.
