About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Brand Strategist cum Senior Social Media

Manager to lead our brand positioning and social media strategy. This role requires

someone who can build strong brand narratives while driving social media growth,

engagement, and performance. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with

hands-on execution to strengthen brand visibility across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Communication

● Develop and refine brand positioning, tone of voice, and storytelling across platforms.

● Strategize and execute campaigns that enhance visibility and engagement.

● Translate brand strategy into compelling visual and verbal communication materials.

Presentation & Deck Preparation

● Design and prepare professional brand decks, pitch presentations, and internal

communication material.

● Collaborate with leadership and sales/marketing teams to create impactful investor,

client, and campaign presentations.

● Ensure presentations align with brand guidelines, messaging, and aesthetics.

Social Media Management

● Lead the planning, creation, and execution of multi-platform social media strategies.

● Drive community engagement, follower growth, and brand advocacy.

● Oversee the creation of high-quality content (visual, video, written) in line with brand

tone.

● Manage paid social campaigns and optimize for ROI.

● Monitor trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities to stay ahead.

Analytics & Reporting

● Leverage analytics tools to track performance, audience behavior, and campaign

ROI.

● Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

● Prepare monthly/quarterly reports for leadership.

Requirements:

● Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

● 4-5 years of experience in brand strategy, social media management, or digital

marketing.

● Proven track record of building and managing brand presence across platforms.

● Strong understanding of content trends, storytelling, and audience psychology.

● Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

● Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution.

● Exposure to AI-powered tools for content creation, scheduling, and analytics.

● Creative mindset with a strong eye for aesthetics and brand-building.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹85,000.00 per month
