Job Title: Sales Executive – B2C (Travel Agency) Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive  to join our B2C travel sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling travel packages, flights, hotels, and holiday experiences directly to individual customers. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets, delivering exceptional customer service, and building lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Engage with potential customers via calls, walk-ins, emails, and online inquiries. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable travel packages, itineraries, and services. Promote domestic and international travel products (flights, hotels, holiday packages, cruises, etc.). Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Handle customer queries, provide quotations, and follow up to close sales. Maintain records of customer interactions and sales transactions in CRM/software. Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, visa rules, and airline/hotel offers. Work with operations and ticketing teams to ensure smooth delivery of services. Upsell additional services like travel insurance, sightseeing, and upgrades. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred). 1–3 years of sales experience in travel industry (B2C segment preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking software (Amadeus, Galileo, etc.) is an advantage.
