Job Description:Tiivra is looking for an experienced

Fulfilment Manager + Admin Executive

to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for managing day-to-day store operations, inventory, and stock, ensuring smooth fulfilment of orders, and overseeing essential administrative functions along with housekeeping.The responsibilities are divided as follows:50% - Fulfillment & Operations50% - Administrative Work + Housekeeping

Key Responsibilities:

Store & Inventory Management:Oversee daily operations of the store, including stock management, order processing, and overall store upkeep.Coordinate stock receipt, storage, and dispatch processes.Conduct regular stock audits and resolve discrepancies.

Order Fulfillment:Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.Collaborate with the fulfillment team to streamline the order processing

Daily Metrics Monitoring:Track, analyze, and report daily operational metrics such as order fulfillment rate, stock levels, and store performance.Collaborate with other departments to address any issues or discrepancies

Administrative Support:Provide administrative support including vendor coordination, inventory reports, and invoice management.Manage day-to-day office tasks such as maintaining records, filing, and correspondence.

Key Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, fulfillment, and/or administrative roles.Proven ability to manage store operations and inventory effectively.Proficiency in inventory management software.Data-driven mindset with a focus on operational excellence.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in related / any fieldThis role is integral to the smooth functioning of Tiivra’s operations, offering an opportunity to grow and shape the company’s fulfillment and stock management strategies.
