MainObjectives:

The wireman / Electrician isresponsible to install the cables wires conductors and connectorsrequired to connect a device machine or system to a power sourceand test it in a safe and efficient manner following companystandards.

Responsibilities:

Testing and inspectinginstallations to ensure functionality.

Wiring of industrial electricalequipment

Electrical fault diagnosis andrepairing in wiring and electrical components.

Check connections to ensure theymatch and record any discrepancies.

Perform effective troubleshootingto identify hazards or malfunctions and repair or faulty units

Communicate with other stationson the assembly line to ensure maximum speed and accuracy.

Conduct regularpredictive/preventive maintenance of electrical systems.

Accountable for adhering to andimplementing all quality and safety guidelines.

Familiarize yourself with thetools instrumentation and calibration equipment.

Inform Assembly Line Leader ofany part or equipment defects to ensure prompt response to theproblem.

Conserve resources and suppliesto facilitate minimum waste.

Report unsafepractices/conditions to shift/team leader.

Identify continuous improvementopportunities for process and equipment. Helps to meet dailyefficiencies by focused approach to performing tasks compliantlyand safely according toprocedure/process.

CandidateProfile

Freshers to 2 years of experiencein general assembly work or specializedtraining

Ability to commit flexibleschedule and prompt arrival forshifts.

Experience with power and handtools aplus.
