Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers via calls, emails, and digital channels
- Identify client needs and present tailored solutions
- Convert leads into customers through effective communication and negotiation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and close sales
- Meet and exceed monthly targets and KPIs
Requirements
- 1+ years of prior experience in sales or business development (inside sales preferred) – This is mandatory
- Strong communication skills – Clear, confident, and persuasive
- Multi-linguistic abilities – Fluency in more than one language is a plus
- Proven ability to negotiate and close deals
- Flexible and adaptable – You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and motivated to grow fast
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms is a plus
