Windows OS / Software Installation,

Technical bent of mind to isolate a problem quickly
Troubleshooting of desktop/laptop and gadgets
Email configuration

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate should have completed Graduation

Customer service approach
Candidate should be comfortable with US shifts timings/24*7

Tech Support voice process.

Excellent communication skills
