You’ll act as a trusted technical advisor, bridging discovery and delivery to ensure long-term client satisfaction.Responsibilities:- Lead technical discovery and solution design for enterprise clients- Develop and manage complex implementation plans- Handle technical integrations (APIs, data feeds, FTPs) and advanced troubleshooting- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams- Mentor junior engineers and drive process improvements- Build enablement materials such as guides, webinars, and documentationRequirements- 3+ years of experience in client-facing technical roles (SaaS / Implementation / Solution Engineering)- Strong expertise in API integrations (REST, SOAP), data feed formats (XML, JSON, CSV), and FTP protocols- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills- Strong working knowledge of Excel and HTML- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple complex projects
