We're looking for a talented Fashion Stylist to join our team


Locations: Mumbai, Delhi, Noida NCR, Bangalore and Chennai

Brands: AND & Global Desi


If you’re good at:

✅ Listening to and collaborating with clients to understand their style preferences, body type, and fashion needs in alignment with their lifestyle and budget.

✅ Providing expert advice and selling merchandise as per fashion trends, garment fit, colour coordination, and fabric selection.

✅ Updating visual merchandising and portfolio of looks and trends to reflect seasonal fashion changes and recommendations for clients.

✅ Staying updated on the latest fashion trends, designers, and collections to offer informed styling recommendations.

✅ Providing exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients to enhance the overall shopping experience.

✅ Generating and pursuing leads to grow your client base and generating revenue for the Company.


Requirement from the candidates:

1. Experience as a Fashion Stylist or similar role in the fashion industry.

2. In-depth knowledge of fashion styling principles, garment construction, colour theory, fabric types, and fashion trends.

3. Strong visual aesthetic and creativity with the ability to conceptualize and execute unique and compelling looks.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and effectively communicate styling concepts to clients.

5. Well-groomed and presentable appearance with a passion for personal styling and fashion.

6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

7. Flexible to work on weekends, and holidays as needed.

8. Degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, Styling, or related field is preferred.
