Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team at Krishpar Technologies Pvt. Ltd. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for resolving customer queries and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, and is ideal for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications and Skills

1 to 3 years of experience in a customer support roleExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English and HindiExperience in voice process or domestic voice processKnowledge of BPO industry and customer support best practicesStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAbility to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyAttention to detail and accuracy in documentationAbility to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teamsPositive attitude and willingness to learn and adaptAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Roles and Responsibilities

Resolve customer queries through phone, email, and chatProvide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfactionAssist customers in troubleshooting technical issuesIdentify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channelsDocument customer interactions and maintain accurate recordsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issuesStay updated with product knowledge and industry trendsMeet or exceed customer support metrics and targetsHandle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutionsMaintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers
