Infection Control: Adhere to infection control policies to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff. Maintain a sterile and organized work environment. Professional Development: Participate in training programs and continuing education to stay updated with nursing practices. Contribute to team discussions and quality improvement initiatives. Compliance: Follow hospital policies, procedures, and legal regulations. Ensure patient confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in practice. Qualifications Education:  Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution. Licensure:  Registered Nurse (RN) license as per local regulations.
