Compliance: Follow hospital policies, procedures, and legal regulations. Ensure patient confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in practice. Qualifications Education:  Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution. Licensure:  Registered Nurse (RN) license as per local regulations.
