At Denzour Nutrition, we believe great people build great brands. We're looking for a Offline Sales Manager (North India) to join our growing team and contribute to our mission of promoting health and fitness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and grow offline sales in the North India regions.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets by driving revenue through distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key accounts.
- Expand the distribution network and ensure product availability across the assigned territories.
- Monitor sales performance, market coverage, and secondary sales regularly.
- Recruit, train, and manage sales executives/representatives in the region.
- Motivate and guide the team to achieve their individual and team sales goals.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for regional brand promotions, product launches, and campaigns.
- Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to suggest growth strategies.
- Ensure proper placement, visibility, and merchandising of products at retail outlets.
- Monitor outstanding payments, ensure timely collections, and maintain credit discipline.
- Travel extensively within North India to meet clients, visit markets, and support the sales team.
- Prepare and share regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights with management.
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of sales experience in FMCG/Healthcare/Nutrition sector.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong knowledge of distributor and retail networks in North & West India.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
