This strategic role requires a proactive professional skilled in building pipelines, managingB2B agent networks, executingB2C student recruitment initiatives, enhancing institutional visibility, and supporting students from inquiry through enrollment, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethical recruitment practices.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implementmarket-specific recruitment strategiesto increase student enrollment from Western India.Identify, onboard, and manage B2B recruitment agentsto expand the institution’s reach and market presence.ExecuteB2C recruitment initiatives, engaging directly with prospective students through digital campaigns, webinars, school visits, and other outreach channels.Build and maintainstrong relationships with agents, counsellors, schools, and prospective studentsacross Western India.Represent the institution ateducation fairs, webinars, school visits, and virtual events.Collaborate closely withadmissions, marketing, and conversion teamsto optimize the student journey and improve conversion rates.Analyze and report onmarket trends, agent and student performance, and recruitment metricsto support strategic planning.Provide personalizedadvising to students and parentson programs, admissions, and visa processes.Ensure adherence toethical recruitment standardsand institutional policies.Qualifications and ExperienceMinimum5 years of experiencein international student recruitment,from Western Indiato the rest of the world.Demonstrated success inbuilding and managing B2B agent networksand executingB2C student recruitment strategies.Strong understanding of the Highereducation systemand international student expectations.Proven ability tomeet and exceed recruitment targetsin a competitive market.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to workindependently and remotely, with occasional travel across Western India.Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an asset.
