Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives in the industrial machinery and crusher spares sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales within the heavy equipment industry, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building lasting client relationship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the mining, construction, and heavy equipment sectors.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to optimize performance and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the industrial machinery or heavy equipment industry.
  • Strong understanding of crusher spares and related components is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in technical sales and understanding of mechanical systems.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and market trends to make informed decisions.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Knowledge of supply chain and logistics related to industrial machinery parts.
