We have a need for an experienced, highly organized, and energetic Senior Recruiter who is hungry for growth. This is a position that is growth focused with opportunities for performance raises, bonuses & incentives assigned based on performance.
At Opus Global Services we work with our clients to find suitable talent for their respective organization. Your primary function and responsibilities within our organization will be to help us recruit & hire the best talent for our company and our clients. You will partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, screening resumes, perform in-person and phone interviews with candidates. Administering appropriate company assessments. Performing reference and background checks. Making recommendations to company hiring managers, Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers. Following up on the interview process status. Perform background checks as required.
This position is not for someone who does not want to learn or do things outside of their core competencies. A willingness to learn and “dig in” is essential for success in this position and will be rewarded handsomely for that success.

Experience Requirements:
-8+ years recruiting, screening, and managing the hiring process of personnel
-3+ years managing, negotiating, and maintaining vendor relationships
-3+ years of managing a team of Recruiters & Admin positions
-6+ years of experience in working with job portals and conducting online, phone, and in person interviews
-5+ years of excellent computer skills including experience with a CRM or ATS system or database to build and maintain your talent pipeline
- Ability to make at least 50 cold calls a day
- Ability to prioritize and work independently supporting a team
- Ability to source qualified candidates on a deadline
Preferred background:
Contract staffing experience
Mass hirings experience
Manufacturing and industrial hiring experience
Expected Work Calendar:
-Monday to Friday 9:30am-6:30pm IST
-India Holiday Schedule
-Occasional weekend or extended work to interview candidates, and work with US management.
