Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Manager. The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing our product portfolio and leading cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, defining product requirements, creating product roadmaps, and working closely with the engineering team to ensure timely delivery.
In this role, you will help us lead product endeavors for ideas that we have. You may also be assigned to work on a client project. Depending on the stage of the business, you'll be expected to prioritize and carve out an implementation plan.
Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and maintain a clear product strategy and roadmap that aligns with the company's overall vision and objectives. This includes identifying market opportunities and customer needs and defining the product's feature set.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research and customer interviews to understand customer pain points, requirements, and preferences. Use this data to inform product decisions and improvements.
Feature Definition: Collaborate with the development and design teams to define product features, functionality, and user experience. Create detailed product specifications and user stories.
Prioritization: Prioritize the product backlog based on customer value, business goals, and resource constraints. Ensure the development team is working on the most important and impactful tasks.
Launch and Go-to-Market: Plan and execute product launches, including marketing and sales strategies. Create compelling product messaging and collateral.
User Feedback and Iteration: Continuously gather user feedback post-launch and use it to iterate and improve the product. Monitor key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions.
Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to ensure our products remain competitive and cutting-edge.
Qualifications
Min two years of experience as a product manager.
Self-driven, proactive, entrepreneurial work style.
Strong understanding of product development and management principles
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional communication and leadership skills
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Experience in the technology industry, especially in software development
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
Experience with data analysis and market research is a plus
