CRIF High Mark is an RBI Licensed Credit Information Company, with majority ownership from CRIF. We are India’s mass market bureau and use advanced analytics on top of our bureau data to advise our clients right from strategic planning to acquisition and management of their portfolio.
Profile Description
We are looking for a product manager to develop consumer facing products for CRIF High Mark. You need to have a minimum of 3 -10 years of customer-focused product management experience. Experience in a tech-fin, Credit Bureau, a bank or an NBFC will be an added advantage. You are required to spearhead the end-to-end product development process, from concept through to launch, establishing and communicating clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap. You get the opportunity to create thoughtful and appropriate solutions to design challenges of all sizes by translating research insights into beautiful and engaging user interfaces which satisfy user needs, business requirements and technical constraints. You will bring a heightened sense of ownership, -and product building expertise to a fast-paced environment, and you will be partnering with technology teams and stakeholders across CRIF to drive business outcomes
Role
The following are the KRAs for this position:
- Conceptualize impactful features and product offerings by collaborating with internal teams like engineering, design, marketing, operations, and business development.
- Manage the product life cycle, including -, requirements, target user research, prototyping, user experience journey, stakeholder satisfaction, etc.
- Collaborate with the development and design teams to define product features, functionality, and user experience. Create detailed product specifications and user stories.
- Implement go-live strategies, define goals and metrics for the success of your product/ feature/ process.
- Effectively communicate product plans, benefits, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels
- Facilitate collaboration across engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure product milestones are achieved.
- Utilize - project tracking, task management, and team collaboration tools.
- Engage in market research to identify user needs and market gaps, translating insights into actionable product features.
- Define, track, and analyze key product metrics to understand product performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to ensure our products remain competitive and cutting-edge.
Desired Skill Sets for the role:
- Experience in product life cycle management.
- A user-centric mindset with experience in UX/UI principles
- Previous experience in consumer fintech products is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools-.
- Proficient in gathering business requirement and translating them into user stories/BRDs.
- Tracking of user behaviour and product metrics.
