Our second Flagship brand Whizqiz addresses the need of enhancing the learning potential of students in schools by better identification of learning potential through our scientifically validated psychometric assessments. Whizqiz products have been heavily researched and our Career Guidance Test has been used across schools both in India and Gulf regions.
Apart from these two major engagements, our core team of psychologists is actively involved in consulting and counseling for Mental Well-being services.

Position: Product Manager
Base Location: Pune
Probation Period: 3 Months
Role Overview:
Responsible for overseeing the development, launch, and ongoing improvement of the product by understanding the requirements and analyzing the market.
Working in the following core work areas:
Developing product strategy and roadmap aligning with the vision of the company.
Analyze customer needs and current market trends
Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments
Identify new product ideas and develop strategies for their implementation
Requirements:
Education: B.Tech/M. Tech in Engineering or a related field preferred. (Understanding of Data Analysis and Machine
Learning Preferred).
E xperience: 5+ years of experience in product management.
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web
technologies.
Experience in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.
Working knowledge of product development and management principles along with a strong understanding of
product visualization.
Knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA, Monday.com, and Clickup.
Knowledge of Data Analytics platforms like Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.
Knowledge of Data Analysis and Statistical analysis with strong analytical skills.
High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams

Key Responsibilities:
 Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and maintain a product strategy and roadmap that are aligned with the company's overall vision and objectives, and ensure timely delivery and quality execution of the product. This includes identifying market opportunities and customer needs and defining the product's feature set.
 Market Research: Conduct thorough market research and customer interviews to understand customer pain points, requirements, and preferences. Use this data to inform product decisions and improvements.
 Feature Definition: Collaborate with the development and design teams to define product features, functionality, and user experience. Create detailed product specifications and user stories.
 Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success and impact of the product.
 Prioritisation: Prioritize the product backlog based on customer value, business goals, and resource constraints. Ensure the development team is working on the most important and impactful tasks.
 Launch and Go-to-Market : Plan and execute product launches, including marketing and sales strategies. Create compelling product messaging and collateral.
 User Feedback and Iteration: Continuously gather user feedback post-launch and use it to iterate and improve the product. Monitor key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions.
 Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to ensure our products remain competitive and cutting-edge.
