About the Role We are looking for a strategic, data-drivenSenior Manager – YouTubeto own and scale our YouTube ecosystem end-to-end. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes YouTube, understands the platform’s algorithm in depth, and can turn insights into high-performing content strategies. You will lead growth, content, collaborations, and experimentation across multiple YouTube channels.What You’ll Own Build and execute theYouTube growth strategyacross channels. Leadcontent planning, scripting, production, and publishingwith internal and external teams. Optimize videos forCTR, watch time, retention, and search . Analyze performance using YouTube Analytics, competitive tools, and audience insights to drive decisions. Ownchannel hygiene— metadata, thumbnails, playlists, uploads, SEO. Managecreator collaborations, partnerships, and influencer features . Driveexperiments(formats, thumbnails, hooks, content buckets) to achieve growth targets. Work closely with marketing, brand, and product teams for integrated storytelling. Manage a small team of editors, producers, and freelancers.What We’re Looking For 4–7 years of experience inYouTube strategy, content, or digital marketing , with proven results. Demonstrated ability togrow channels at scale(content, SEO, distribution). Strong understanding ofalgorithms, analytics, and audience psychology . Creative eye for thumbnails, hooks, storytelling, and pacing. Excellent project management and comfort working in fast-paced environments. Experience managing creators, agencies, or production teams.
