Responsibilities


  • Leading SAP FICO (Financial Accounting & Controlling) modules and new implementations Complete understanding of SAP FICO modules and implement
  • New Change needs.
  • Interaction with Businesses, Vendors
  • Coordinating with functional teams at different business units for FICO projects, Vendor interaction & drive solutions through them.
  • Initiating required changes for statutory compliance and upgrade related
  • Regular SAP Patch upgrade, any GST Payroll related upgrade.
  • Reviewing and guiding the internal teams on other SAP modules
  • Review all change needs and guide, develop MM, SD etc.
  • Module lead on new needs and enable them to do on their own and provide guidance as required.
  • Developing test cases and providing support in regression and integration testing processes
  • Ensure integration test and regular tests are conducted and results are documented and checked before moving into production.
  • Keep Technology upto date
  • Attend external forums and meetings to identify technology obsolescence and plan to mitigate them - Upgrade, alternate options etc.
  • Interact with Internal Auditor/Statutory auditor to provide data and close gaps.


Qualifications:

  • 20 to 25+ years of experience
  • BE/CMA qualified
  • Relevant experience in the F&A domain and implementation experience Working knowledge of SAP
  • Exposure to plant operations is an added bonus
  • Highly motivated self starter with proven ability to lead teams
  • Maintain strong connections with several stakeholders in multiple locations
