Role & responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.- Provide accurate information to customer- Process transactions and maintain customer records.- Deliver excellent customer service and enhance customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum Bachelor's degree/ Under grad- Prior experience in customer service- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to handle customer queries and complaints effectively.- Relevant work exp. Preferably customer service- Good Spoken English- Computer Skills ability/experience using computer applications- Typing Speed- Call Handling Etiquette
