Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tech Lead at our Chennai location. The Tech Lead will oversee the design, development, and implementation of technology solutions. They will manage a team of developers, conduct code reviews, ensure project timelines are met, and provide technical guidance and mentorship. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment of projects, and addressing any technical challenges that arise during development. The Tech Lead will also ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Technical leadership skills, including team management and mentorship
  • Proficiency in software development, including full-stack and front-end/back-end technologies
  • Experience with infrastructure design, optimization, and integration
  • Knowledge in information protection, lifecycle management, and security best practices
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex projects
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with cloud solutions and managed IT services is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
