Responsibilities– ·Enhance client’ssatisfaction score: oAssessclient’s feedback to identify gaps oCloseidentified gaps to improve client satisfaction score ·Improve delivery efficiencyand quality through delivery management: oCollectsamples for conducting analytical tests oDevelopanalytical methods for intermediates and final compounds oPrepareStandard Operating Procedures (SOP) for instruments to be used for tests oRaiserequisition for procurement of chemicals/ consumables/ solvents/columns in atimely manner oPrioritizeand prepare samples for the required analysis oConductpurification of compounds through prep HPLC/ MS - Prep HPLC/ SFC oProcessHPLC/ LCMS chromatograms to analyze molecules and enrich purity of theintermediates/ final compounds oConductcalibration of HPLC/ LCMS/ GCMS/ NMR instruments oAnalyzethe samples using HPLC, Wet Analysis, NMR, GCMS and LCMS etc. oPreparereport with test results and release as per agreed timelines oPreparecertificate of analysis for the final/ intermediate compounds oTroubleshootthe analytical methods and instruments ·Ensure safety at workthrough enforcement of best lab management practices: oHandleall chemicals and instruments in a safe manner, adhere to the lab safetypractices and ensure compliance oCommunicateto the in-house engineer/senior team members immediately in case of anyinstrument break down oRecord,maintain and update the analysis in an accurate manner on a continuous basis ·Maintaindata integrity and IP confidentiality: oMaintainstrict IP Confidentiality and adhere to all related policies ·Ensure skill development ofself and new team members: oEnhanceknowledge related to NMR, HPLC, GCMS, LCMS, ATR generation and wet analysisetc. oCoach new joinees and junior team members on various analytical instruments
