If so, we are looking for a motivated “Chemists” who has hands on experience in designing synthetic routes by using the referencing tools, monitoring laboratory activities, structure activity relationship study of the analogue compounds and also has experience in synthetic chemistry in providing services in the development of small molecule synthesis of NCE’s.

**Designation**: Associate Scientist**

**Qualification**: Ph.D. Organic Chemistry/Medicinal Chemistry**

**Experience**: 0 - 1 (Relevant Experience in CRO & Drug Discovery Industry)**

**Work Location**: Nacharam, Hyderabad**
- Independently manage both FTE and FFS projects and is accountable for the success of these projects
- Responsible for optimal utilization of resources in the specific project team
- Guide team members to resolve any synthetic difficulty in efficiently.
- Manages Customer Relationship through weekly project status update
- Expert knowledge of medicinal chemistry, parallel chemistry, Structure Based Drug Design (SBDD).
- Good knowledge in characterization of compounds by different analytical techniques
- Good knowledge of literature search and retrieving experimental details from journals and patents
- Ensure all project members are completing LNB in timely manner
- Maintain all laboratory safety protocol and ensures that all project members are practicing lab safety

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹492,768.64 - ₹1,098,488.73 per year
