Northern Health are seeking applications from motivated and suitably experienced Research Nurses to join our Cardiology Research team. Northern Health is the major provider of acute, maternity, sub-acute, mental health, specialist, community and home-based services in Melbourne’s rapidly growing outer north. Services are provided through our five main campuses: Northern Hospital Epping, Broadmeadows Hospital, Bundoora Centre, Craigieburn Centre, and Kilmore District Hospital.  In addition, Mental Health Services are provided at Epping, Broadmeadows, Jacana, Preston, Mill Park and Coburg. About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Research Nurse with a passion for advancing cardiovascular care through clinical research. The Cardiology Research Nurse is responsible for coordinating cardiology clinical trials within the Division of Emergency Services, providing high-quality nursing care to participants, and ensuring all research activities comply with ICH-GCP, TGA, and NHMRC guidelines. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, investigators, and research staff to deliver innovative, evidence-based clinical trials that improve patient outcomes. To be successful in this role you will have: Current registration as a Registered Nurse (AHPRA) Previous experience in Clinical Trials, ideally within a Cardiology or Acute Care setting. Strong understanding of ICH-GCP, TGA, and NHMRC research standards. Demonstrated ability to manage clinical trial processes, documentation, and data integrity. High attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Next Steps . . .
