Job Title: Senior Process Associate Exp- 3-6 yrs Budget- 6.5lpa - max 30% hike on cctc Location- Pune Hinjewadi phase 1  Shift -Rotational shift   Job Description  Role and Responsibilities:  The Operations Support Specialist role involves assisting the operations team with administrative tasks, report reconciliation and supporting special projects. The role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with systems like Bullhorn and Iris.  Specific Tasks: The role includes organizing weekly reports of assignments without facility contacts, communicating with account managers to update assignments, and diagnosing integration issues between Bullhorn and Iris.  Daily tasks involve following up on system alerts and ensuring data accuracy.  Requirements  Skill Set:  The required skill set includes strong communication skills, Excel proficiency, and general system proficiency, which will be trained. The role is 99% data entry related and involves regular interaction with other departments to ensure data accuracy and report updates.  Project-Based Data Entry: While the role involves data entry, it is primarily project based, such as updating facility agreement terms in the system. The responsibilities may shift over time, but the core tasks remain focused on data  accuracy and communication.
