Role: GCP Data Engineer

Employment Type: Full-time (Client Payroll)

Experience: 6+ Years

Location: Chennai (Work from Office – Client site, 5 days a week)

CTC: Market Standards

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Data Science team to build complex algorithms for actionable insights

Enhance back-end systems through agile development processes

Design and model data flows across systems for in-depth analysis

Build, clean, and optimize data pipelines from multiple sources

Develop predictive models to answer business-critical questions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3+ years of experience with Python, SQL, and data visualization tools

Solid Hands-on experience with Bigdata toolset BigQuery, Airflow, CI/CD with google cloud

Familiarity with Big Data, Spark, Hive

Experience in building/maintaining ETL processes

Knowledge of Java, Linux, SQL, and scripting languages

Exposure to visualization/analytics tools like Tableau, R

Strong communication skills to bridge tech and business

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering (or equivalent)

Professional certification preferred

BFSI domain experience is an added advantage for this role
