ROLE MISSION STATEMENTThe AD/GAD is a part of the Client Service team. They advise our clients on the brand performance and deliver creative solutions with focus group discussions and ethnography.

KEY OUTCOMES STATEMENTAchieving growth and managing business financialsIdentifying new business initiatives and leveraging skills across unitsBuilding and nurturing strong client relationshipsCreating an environment that fosters new work/innovationsDriving thought leadership in teamsDeveloping research capability among team membersGuiding the research executives working on a project to understand exactly what is required of them and training them if necessary. Contribution to the overall training of executives in quantitative research techniques.Client management and presentation of company credentials, proposals, and research resultsEnsuring the highest level of client servicing and account planning to build senior networks across our client base.Report writing and presentation creation including client recommendations, with the ability to work independentlyNegotiation of acceptable costs and contract agreements with suppliers.Creation of discussion guides and screeners + moderation of groups, interviews, ethnography, and online forumsBudget control and time spent monitoring job cost summaries regularly.Overall management of the research team and suppliers.
CAPABILITIES STATEMENTThe position requires an intelligent MBA graduate wit h 8 – 12 years of experience in quantitative consumer insights , primarily consumer-focused; specific experience in the FMCG, retail, and healthcare sectors would be an advantageThe ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is client-focused and comes with proven expertise in MR or Marketing and Branding (with regular interaction and understanding of MR) with a track record of leveraging your knowledge for your own business or client benefitDemonstrated ability in managing a team, investing in their development and striking the right balance between tasks and relationshipsProcess orientation and ability to manage processes for cost and time efficienciesTrack record of networking skills that you have leveraged for yourself and your organizationLanding and expanding; taking ownership and spearheading the growth of successful projects/ workstreams and development of longstanding client relationshipsStrong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skillsUnderstanding and leveraging synergies across organizational units for better client deliveryWilling to embrace, drive and suggest a change
