Experience: 2+ years

We are looking for an experienced person who can do telephonic sales of various Government projects. Manage & strengthen customer relations for the company.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through calling prospective clients and follow-up on marketing-generated leads/ email campaigns on the data provided by the company.
  • Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
  • Telephonic representation of the brand/ products before the customers.
  • Explaining the business products and answering the queries by telephonic conversation.
  • Identifies prospects by evaluating their position in the industry through various professional networks.
  • Contact prospects, arranging meetings and further developing relationships with prospects
  • Document and communicate information gathered during process calls done and maintains records as per company's policy.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in Lead Generation/ Inside Sales is a must.
  • Excellent Telephone Etiquette and Conversational skills.
  • Good sales ability and convincing skills
  • Dexterity with follow- up techniques.
