The successful candidate must be an experienced client servicing and account management professional with the ability to understand client needs, clarify project details, address concerns and provide regular updates in a professional manner. The role involves managing day-to-day client communications, overseeing creative projects, providing creative direction and strategies, and ensuring brand consistency.
They will manage accounts for Fortune 500 clients
and work on campaigns across all communication channels and formats, including audio, video, print, digital and social media.
The role:Ability to translate and articulate client briefs into specific actionable items for different teamsWork with teams of copywriters, content strategists and graphic designers to brainstorm and execute creative campaignsFollow up with internal teams for job delivery as per timelines committedWork closely with the design team to develop the final creativesEnsure all financials in terms of job estimation, billing and collection happens on timeConduct market research to find out need gaps in the product and keep track of competitors
Requirements and eligibility:5+ years of client servicing and account management experience in an agencyStrong English language skills (both written and spoken)Good time management skills with attention to detailOrganized, creative and geared to deliver high-quality work on tight deadlines
