● Address and manage under performance as soon as it is identified following company guidelines

● Responsible for the operational efficiency of the region/cluster and productivity of its staff. 1

● Prepare periodic and statutory reports for management.

● Understand your customer base and identify opportunities to build and grow profitable relationships.

● Deliver against business and sales performance.

● Take ownership for resolving complex problems, working with colleagues in other offices

● Provide a superior level of customer relations and promote the service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation.


Requirements :


● Overall experience of 6-7 years in sales with at least 3-4 years of experience in team handling

● Analytically strong and ability to structure and negotiate complex deals.

● Demonstrated leadership ability in building and leading a team.

● Sales oriented working style and go-getter attitude/ mature, professional and has the ability to build and maintain strong business relationships with clients.

● High degree of ownership, roll-up-your-sleeve attitude & willingness to get tasks completed. Comfortable working in cross-functional setups and experience in early-stage startup environments preferred.
