HR Trainee

Responsibilities : HR Operation/Admin :
Assist with day to day operations and administrative support in the HR department and follow duties
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies), and employee details update in our internal software- office management like employee photo, employee personal and other details as per software.
Checking Attendance and call to latecomers and update to Senior HR.
Maintain and update all company's social media profiles for marketing & branding.
Coordinate with vendors and recruitment agencies for process smoothing.
Follow our training calendar and remind all related people concerned about training and update to Senior HR.+
regular HR meetings reminders and arrange meetings between CEO, HR and employees.
Assist to Senior HR and CEO as per requirements.
