JobDescription:

The SupplierDiversity Analyst will support the tracking measurement reportingand organization of Clients Supplier Diversity Program dataaccording to the companys policy to include diverse and smallbusinesses in the supply chain process as well as assisting thesebusinesses in their development.

Key dutiesinclude managing workflows that synthesize wideranging supplierdata from multiple sources and analyzing key performance indicatorsmetrics and program performance.

Additionally the candidate will support other concurrentprogram initiatives including market research data validation andad hoc project execution. The candidate pays attention to detailsand quality control. The ideal candidate has a genuine passionabout diversity is curious with excellent problemsolving skills anda track record of providing insights and recommendations. Thecandidate is expected to be a valuable contributor and report tothe Global Supplier Diversity Leader.

Key Roles &Responsibilities:

Perform /oversee Supplier Diversity spend analysis data mining programforecasting and ad hoc reporting Supportdiversity classification identification and maintenance to ensuredata accuracy auditability and integrity Collect track and report metrics to ensure the programgoals are met Monitor and analyze trendsbenchmark data and report both corporate and industry impacts in atimely manner Provide consolidated reports ofspend with diverse suppliers Create dashboardsand analyze the diversity spend and other data across theenterprise Compilation of reports intopresentations used internally and externally Organize / analyze data sets from ERP system inhouseknowledge management systems and external organizations Conduct compliance reporting for supplier diversityregulatory requirements (e.g. federal state and localreporting) Conduct external benchmarkingcovering emerging and best practices for review with management ona periodic basis Research and maintainindustry knowledge; identify and monitor trends Provide ongoing support to Global Supplier DiversityLeader as requested Other duties asassigned

Education Experience &Skill Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

23 years of operational finance supply chain orother relevant experience Intermediate toadvanced Excel skills (e.g. advanced formulas pivot tables datavalidation) Must be comfortable working withquantitative and qualitative data sets (e.g. financial savingsanalyses). Strong data analytics organizationand data visualization skills Selfstarter withthe ability to work with remote teams Strongwritten and verbal skills in a multidisciplinaryenvironment Very detailed oriented expert level Excel skills SAP and/or Tableau experience.Power BI. Desirable experience with Coupa platform is highlydesirable. Also as this will be a supplier diversity projectexperience with supplier diversity is also HIGHLYdesirable

Preferred Qualifications:

  • College degree and/or experience
  • Experience with strategic sourcing methodology andsupplier contracting
  • Experience with SupplierDiversity contracting
  • Certified ProfessionalIn Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Professional in SupplierDiversity (CPSD)
  • Knowledge of ConsumerPackaged Goods Industry
  • Previous experiencewith or insights applicable to spend categories
