Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound sales calls to potential customers
  • Provide information about our products/services and respond to customer inquiries
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up activities
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints and ensuring a positive customer experience

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi
  • Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Previous experience in tele sales or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹25,000.00 per month
