**Role Overview**:
As a Telesales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in promoting CloudGen's cutting-edge products and services to potential clients. You will engage with prospects, build relationships, and generate leads to drive business growth. This role demands excellent communication skills, enthusiasm, and a customer-centric approach.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce CloudGen's products and services.
- Explain the features and benefits of our offerings, focusing on how they address client needs for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and innovation.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions leveraging CloudGen’s platforms, such as the NextGen Platform, Smart EDI, CATE, and Framework 2.0.
- Schedule appointments and facilitate follow-up meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and current information.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
- Provide feedback from client interactions to improve sales strategies and product offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for technology and innovation.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a customer-focused approach.
- Prior experience in inside sales telesales, or customer support (preferred but not mandatory).
- Basic computer skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
