- Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic, leads, and sales for our investment products.- On-board new affiliate partners and manage relationships with existing partners to maximize performance and revenue.- Negotiate and establish commission structures and incentive programs to incentivize affiliates and optimize ROI.- Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance metrics, and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.- Provide affiliates with marketing materials, support, and ongoing communication to ensure success and compliance.- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, customer support, product, and development teams, to align affiliate initiatives with business objectives.- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling promotional materials, landing pages, and creatives tailored to the affiliate channel.- Continuously evaluate and test different promotional tactics, offers, and landing page designs to optimize conversion rates and maximize ROI.- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities to continuously improve the affiliate program's performance.- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular insights and recommendations to management.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, serving as the main point of contact and addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to affiliates to help them optimize their promotional efforts and drive better results.- Work closely with the compliance team to ensure that all affiliate activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing affiliate program performance, key insights, and actionable recommendations for improvement.- Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives related to affiliate marketing, working closely with teams across the organization to drive alignment and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field.- Proven experience in affiliate marketing, preferably within the financial services or investment industry.- Deep understanding of affiliate marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns.- Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms, tracking tools, and analytics software.- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and generating new ideas.- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets and KPIs.
