Ecommerce Manager Newcastle Upon Tyne My client is one of the most exciting businesses to work for in the North East at this moment in time and is looking for an Ecommerce Manager to join their team. You will manage the web operations of their Shopify Plus eCommerce platform, optimising technological systems for seamless functionality along with leading the development and refinement of the custom theme to align with the brands objectives. You will conduct UAT and load-testing, and coordinate A/B and MVT processes online. Collaborate with internal and external teams, including Web Development agencies, to maintain backend configurations and execute the eCommerce store development roadmap. Oversee day-to-day tasks related to product management on potential marketplaces and provide technical support to Customer Care and Marketing teams. Work closely with the Head of eCommerce to implement a robust strategy for the eCommerce tech stack and stay updated on industry trends. Ideally, you will have extensive experience in Ecommerce operations and systems management, particularly with Shopify Plus, proficiency in web content management systems and Agile methodologies and strong project management skills with experience in complex project management. You will be knowledgeable in A/B and MVT platforms and methodologies, as well as UAT processes for web development deployments. Significant experience with backend product configurations.
