Technology Manager
to lead our tech team, oversee product development, and ensure smooth delivery of our fintech solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional team (backend, frontend, mobile, UI/UX, QA).
  • Manage internal tech resources and external vendors.
  • Oversee development of web and mobile applications.
  • Hands-on expertise in backend (PHP, Laravel, Python, Java).
  • Knowledge of frontend (React/Angular/Vue) and mobile (Flutter).
  • Supervise UI/UX team for user-friendly designs.
  • Ensure system scalability, security, and compliance with fintech regulations.
  • Implement best practices in architecture, coding, and DevOps.

Key Skills & Qualification:

  • Bachelor's/master's in computer science, IT, or related field.
  • 3-5+ years of development experience, 2–3 years in team management.
  • Strong knowledge of backend development (PHP/Laravel, Python, Java).
  • Exposure to frontend frameworks and Flutter for mobile apps.
  • Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), DevOps (Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD) expertise.
  • BFSI/Fintech experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
