HAM Consultan t

Location: Noida, Bangalore

You will be the go-to consultant for HAM projects, you will be managing advisory and implementation Services engagements for our clients.

Presales (30%):

Consultants will be responsible for delivering (and planning) pre-sales presentations; based on an understanding of HAM solution design, delivery, advisory and licence consulting services for following applications to our range of customers

Policy management

Risk management

Audit management

Vendor risk management

Partner in sales activities including identifying new project opportunities, lead customer demos, RFPs and other related initiatives

Ask right questions to understand their existing HAM practices and map the findings

with ServiceNow HAM solution

Demonstrations of the product, both standard and customized based on need, to prospective and existing customers

Support Marketing activities to include producing blog content and customer presentations as well as participating in tradeshows, user groups and webinars

Produce a current competitive analysis on market leading HAM tools with a

comprehensive market research of industry tools

Generation of product demo scripts and scenarios and maintaining demonstration environment(s).

Scoping and delivering Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements with prospects.

Stay current on ServiceNow product developments/releases to a level required for demo and POC/POV

Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the products including business drivers and use cases etc

Delivery (70%):

Leading a team of developers, quality analysts and architects or supporting Advisory, Project and/or BAU activities with process governance

Work as a functional Subject Matter Professionals in HAM/SecOps area and support

client engagement delivery

Deliver projects using implementation methodologies/SDLC (ex. Agile Scrum, Waterfall and hybrid)

Create business requirement document, user stories, value proposition

Lead requirement gathering workshops to formulate HAM solution design and

provide guidance on best practices

Consulting services to support in ServiceNow HAM implementation, documentation,

configuration and other related services delivery activities

Provide guidance on best practices, solution architecture and roadmap

Provide subject matter mentoring and training to peers and other colleagues in the organization

Support the practice in growing solution area by supporting in solution design and innovation around the ServiceNow platform

Skill required to perform the duty:

3-5 years of experience in more than one of the following disciplines: operational risk management, enterprise risk management, business continuity and disaster recovery, vendor management, audit management, corporate compliance, and policy management.

Ability to clearly articulate the power and value of the ServiceNow platform in terms familiar to a non-IT, HAM audience.

Deep understanding of the configuration management database (CMDB), processes and their value/relevance to Security and HAM processes and solutions

Experience with ServiceNow HAM in a consulting or implementation position

ServiceNow CIS certification in HAM or SecOps is preferred (good to have)

Experience working with a HAM system such as RSA Archer, ServiceNow HAM, On spring,

Lock path, MetricStream or OpenPages (good to have)

Understanding/knowledge of regulatory and industry frameworks and standards (i.e. 20critical controls, CIS, PCI-DSS,ISO 27000, NIST 800, HIPPA, SoX, etc.)

Practitioner experience working in a governance, risk, and compliance role, such as; external auditor, control owner, audit manager, or internal audit.
